Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
